Here is just some of the most incredible feedback we have had from our meditation sessions. There have already been such powerful shifts in people's lives from the power of meditating. From igniting the POWER within YOU.  Making that step to come to these meditations is so powerful. Having that initial thought of getting involved means making those steps to GROW to FLOURISH. Dedicating time to look inwards and go into your subconscious can be scary, it's hard work but I cannot exaggerate how worth it it is. When you increase your consciousness in yourself every area of your life will benefit. Your relationship with yourself, others, work, health, cognitive function, productivity.. Literally everything! If you are struggling here is some food for thought: “ PUSHING THROUGH FEAR IS LESS FRIGHTENING THAN LIVING WITH THE UNDERLYING FEAR THAT COMES FROM A FEELING OF HELPLESSNESS”. ~ Susan Jeffers (Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway) You can do it. Anyone and everyone can benefit from me

MEDITATION- What can it really do?

Meditation helps us get out of the monkey mind. This is when our circuits are firing round the default mode network- often this is the place where our thoughts spiral. You know those repetitive, obsessive, compulsive thought patterns. This isn't a bad thing (though it can be if we don't tap into it). I always think of this as a good sign, a sign that there is something there that needs to be addressed. Stress is like pain, it tells us when our way of living is dangerous to our health. There's so many benefits to doing it. Brain scans of long term meditators suggest that meditation counteracts the thinning of the cortex that occurs when we age so it can protect us with memory loss, decision making, reasoning, judgement, language. It helps reduce stress or more so alters how we respond to stress. There have been multiple studies where they see a reduction in inflammatory responses that are stress related. This can also stimulate improvements with anxiety and depression. Som

MEDITATION- What Why How?

I like to think of it like a filing cabinet for my mind. Making an acknowledgement and an observation of what needs to go where. Like a filter or a forcefield. What serves me and what doesn't. When people ask me ‘Why do you meditate?’ I often think ‘Why do you breathe?’. It comes in all shapes and forms, not just sitting on a rock saying OMMM (though this may work for you). It’s a calm but alert state of the mind. Often I’m met with the response with ‘I just can’t meditate’ or ‘I don’t think I can’ or ‘That’s the problem I don't want to sit with my thoughts’. I also said the exact same things years ago. Especially when I was often met with what I interpreted as a passive aggressive tone and a really ‘breathy’ voice that reminded me of someone whining LOL. It probably enraged me further. If you were too like me I promise this is not an accurate representation of what meditating is like. I think what often stunt’s people is they think mediating is sitting still with no thoughts

✨THE FACE BEHIND NEW MOON GLOW ✨

Hello! We are Justine & Rachel 💖 We are both originally from a small town in the North of Scotland called Forres. From a young age we were aware of the spiritual light within us. Our energy drew us together when we were youngsters but we hadn’t properly connected at this stage but we knew there was a special bond. Through our life experiences we were drawn back together and our bond ignited. An instant connection like no other, long lost soul sisters. Our experiences in life have been in sync. We continued through our spiritual awakenings and our connection solidified. Acknowledging our traumas and our inner child we began to tap deeper and deeper into consciousness together. We became each other's accountability buddy and our dedication to connect with our Higher Self exploded. We recognised our passions and what we have to give to the world and set up New Moon Glow! We set it up to create a community of like minded people for somewhere to learn, connect and grow. We are ext
